do the 04 wheels defo fit an o2 model.i want to get new rims and the factory ones are massive lookin.thought about aftermarket but the funny mix in wheel and tyre sizes makes it akward to order a package.
04 rims are 250 euro at my local dealer and then extra for tyres.

The OEM 04+ rims are only 1" larger, and don't look too big on an MY02 IMHO

Does that mean the overal radius is slightly larger on the 04 wheels compared to the pre 04?

Rolling Radius is only different by a few mm's - lower profile tyres negate the increase in rim Dia.

Check the FAQ - lots of info!

Yes they fit perfectly and I think the RE050s are great. However, because they are lower profile tyres (albeit on larger diameter rims), the wheel well tends to look less filled with them than the stock 16"s and S02s. The reality is that they are more or less the same diameter so no change in speedo calibration.
