Default 19 years old, another year another MOT. Now 20!!

Had my S2000 in for its MOT yesterday, due in September when it will be 19 years old. 107950 miles.

Another year and another pass with no advisories.

It had only done 750 miles since the last one, think I might have to try and use it more instead of it been tucked up under a cover in the garage.

Christ that puts me to shame!

I have had 7 fails!
ARBs front and then rear (2)
HKS exhaust caused 2 (leak and emissions)
rear brake pipe corroded
Horn (aftermarket relay failed)
Tyres (oops)

not bad really but your record is marginally better

i think the difference is probably the fact that I baby my car/over maintain it, and you probably just drive yours and enjoy it

20 years old now! Another MOT passed no advisories.

Not surprising when its had both rear arches cut out and replaced, refurbished calipers all round, new discs and pads, the alloys refurbished and only done 90 miles since the last time.

Yes that work in the last year, and a new mohair roof with glass screen from Jack smith the year before.
