You could try this to reset, might need to check the pins on the OBD connector before though. Seems to differ on US cars.

Have you figured out anything on this issue? I also am on AEM and have a constant ABS light, with brakes that lock up.

i did sort it yes
essentially you have to put a short wire in near the ABS module. This allows me to then pop a fuse in and get the blink codes (then pop it out)

here is the vid i did which shows you the ABS flashing the code

i cant recall where i found the codes but essentially post #148 here https://www.s2ki.com/forums/uk-irela...161318/page15/

the abs module was blaming a sensor i had swapped so i swapped it for a used one and problem solved

i believe ecutesting do refurbs. if you're boosted or track it i'd bet it's module rather than sensor. you can sort of test sensors with a multimeter to a degree though

I sent my abs unit to multiple companies including ecu testing and they sent it back saying they cant rebuild them.
They can only rebuild the latest ones that where fitted to 07+ i believe is what they said.

bugger

well tbh at £35 off ebay i wasnt overly interested in their service

the only issue i then had was bleeding was a bastad but @Daytona-Dave suggested a reverse bleed which worked well

What wire near the module did you end up using? Currently not able to read DTCs and I'm on a standalone ecu.

You boosted?

I can take some pics over the weekend.

You can test your abs sensors and if they give a signal it's prob the control unit

Thank you! I'm not boosted just on ITBs and my bay is partially wire tucked. This happened after washing the car which was probably an important details.

Oddly enough, after driving the car around for about 30 miles last night the light started it go in and then out instead of being solidly lit, it eventually stopped lighting up entirely and appears to have gone away. I'm hoping I can chalk if up to water getting in a sensor or something.

I appreciate your reply!

Water ingress seems best best, check connectors in loom and spray with water repellent?
Washed with a pressure washer?
