Anyone heard of this stuff? It's supposed to increase MPG by 35%?

cant imagine it does much good to rubber seals and pump diaphrams, also will it not seperate as its a different density

Maybe, but you can certainly smell it.



This is one of those old internet 'stories' that has been knocking about for a good few years.

I would think acetone will do wonders for all seals and fuel pumps etc.
Even commercially available petrol addatives are known to corrode stuff in the fuel system if used too extensively.
