Air Conditioning Leak

Air Conditioning Leak
A few months back I discovered that the air con was not very cold. I noticed fluid leaking from the general area of the bottom of air con radiator (left hand side)and air con pipe as pictured. I tightened the nut holding the pipe to the radiator , I also fitted a new rubber gasket for that nut and then had it regassed professionally. I took this picture this morning which clearly shows ( yellow/green colour fluid) the leak is still present. Anyone else had this problem? Anyone else had this symptom/problem ? Should I now try resolving the problem by replacing the pipe ? or even more expensive, the air con radiator?

I'd be going straight back to whoever recharged that mate.
It's against the law to knowingly/unknowingly recharge a system where there is a leak present, it's their responsibility to sort it out.

I can understand it from an environmental point but haven't heard that it's against the law.

If a refrigeration system is leaking then the system requires pressure testing by law to prove mechanical integrity.
The refrigerant should be reclaimed out of the system, the system then suitably pressure tested with Nitrogen, all leaks repaired, then retested before being recharged with refrigerant (probably R 134a).
If they just top it up its illegal.
Search 'F-Gas Regulations' and you will be able to find everything you need

Interesting reading Earthworm Jim. Looks like pre 1993 cars could have R12 in their system (nasty) Now replaced with HFC134A (not so nasty) but still rigidly regulated, one snippet I saw was its illegal to sell a car with an aircon leak whether the seller knows it or not, harsh!
And as you say theres no aircon top up anymore it's recover, test, refill.
