Airhorn Installation
Argh! I had the drive home from hell this evening, my car has apparently become invisible - neat trick with the HIDs don't you think!
Anyhow, following the decision of a young lady to drive out in front of me as I (clearly indicating my intentions) drove around a roundabout I have succumbed to the air-horn temptation. I am normally loath to use the horn of any car but jammed on it tonight in sheer amazed disbelief - WTF is that POS noise about???? Is it the most useless, worthless embarasment or what???!!!
TCALSS I went directly to Halfords,

Follow this thread. You'll find full install instructions with pics. Note that I fitted dual electrics to start with, and then did what I should have done in the first place and fitted triple air horns. They're pretty smokey!

I'm really wary of car electrics at the best of times, but anyone who's done it, will tell you I think, that's it's one of the easier car electric jobs you can do.
Make sure you've got proper insulated connectors (Halfords) and proper crimping pliers to fit the connectors (B&Q). Get red wire for the live feed and black or green for the earth wire (Halfords) so the job looks professional and you don't get Honda mechanics taking the pi$$ when you take it for service!
If you start twisting bits of wire together and using insulating tape (We've all done it ) you'll get bad earths and loads of trouble.
Get 'em fittted... they sound great!
