Default alpine hu

just replaced the stock hu with a second hand alpine (i won it off my son lol )it has the ipod adapter ,im not worried with having the remote working but want to hide the ipod in the centre console, ive had a look around but cant find a thread on how to remove it . Any ideas ?also the cover is now rubbing against the vent so it will have to come out to sort this .

I am sure that there is someone on here that has done it.

I personally keep it hidden down the side of the passenger seat between the transmission tunnel.

I have an alpine HU and my ipod link goes to the netting in passenger footwell. Works really well - might be an option.

I was planning on putting it in the centre as well - hadn't thought about the netting but if it's the easier option then it makes sense.
