Andrew Green Exclusive Cars - Ilkley
I have ordered a new Euro import S2000 from Andrew Green Exclusive cars in Ilkley West Yorkshire (also known as Toyota's UK). My question is, has anyone had any good or bad experiences with this company ? All the telephone conversations so far have been very reasuring.
The car is due for delivery in September, but i've not had this confirmed yet.

That's Nick Emmanuel's company, better known to quite a few people here as Hondas UK.
I went down the road of importing from them but cancelled the order about 6-8 weeks before the car was due - not because of anything they did, I hasten to add, but just because something better came along (and then fell through - but that's a different story).
Anyway, the feedback on here from people who have imported through Nick Emmanuel was all very positive, and I found him to be very helpful in my own dealings with him. The only slight complaint might be from people who had slippages in delivery, as a result of delays at one of the Belgian dealers whom Nick imports through.
It will be worth the wait, Mr Mojo!

There are a couple of Silverstones I've seen around town, so it might be one of them, I guess. The 0121 704 number puts it just up the road from me.
That said, when I looked at E&M the other week, I noticed at least 3 S2000s which had been listed for sale when I first started looking in January, still advertised at the same price! IIRC, the ad you're referring to may have been one of them. I think that they must have been ones put in on an "advertise until sold" basis, and the person has simply failed to tell E&M to cancel the ad.

After picking up the car I had to query a couple of points with Nick, which he readily admitted to not being completely sure of the answer.
