i had a similar one (along with many others), turned out it was the nut on the gearknob.

Thanks,Jon.We become ultra sensitive to little noises and start to worry about £££££££££££. I was wondering if it could be a bearing.I'm wary of taking it to Honda as they'll probably say it's something expensive needs replacing.

Now we're getting surreal
Just realised what you meant!
No, not the case.
A continuous jingly noise which stops when car stops, trying to fool me.
(Off topic, but can anyone recommend a reliable tyre pressure gauge?Going to Halfords later)

The wedding ring against the gearknob had me confused for about 200 miles...

Give us more details. Does frequency change with revs/engine speed? Can you make the noise happen or is it constant when moving?

Michelin twin barrel inflates tyres really well, and is very accurate - only £20 at the moment too.

lol Gary!
Higher the revs when moving I can't hear the noise because of the revs, but when easing off, eeg going though 30 or 40 speed limit I can hear it, and it continues until I stop,Difficult to describe.
Thanks, lovegroova.
