Hi,

Can anyone tell me if there is any difference between the 2 ballast packs apart from the obvious stated on the part numbers and the way the power wire goes in... Also the older pack says open circuit 360v and the '02-'03 says 500v.

Is there any problem/difference putting in the W3T11071 into a '01

Nope all the ballasts on the pre-facelift lights are the same regardless of MY. They only changed on the 2004 model of which there are a few running a 53 plate.
