Default any of you having this problem?

Why does this new system keep telling me I'm not logged in?
So far I have been through 4 new passwords.
I try to change them to something the old fart might remember and it throws me off.

Mike:

Have you tried deleting all your cookies to force a new one? Also check that the time and date setting on your PC is correct. If it's wrong the cookies don't work!

Also, I don't know if it's relevant but check you're set for Western European Time Zone under 'Time Offset ' in Edit Options.

I have the same problem, will be posting answers, then it tells me I am not logged in.

Will try deleting my cookies again, see if that helps. I assume it is just one of the teething problems and will be rectified soon

I had the same issue. Emailed techsupport. They got me to run and test and the next day everything was sorted. Not sure what the issue was...

Same problem here!

I also have the ongoing problem that most of the buttons/links don't show up at the top of the page so it is almost impossible to navigate.

Bottom line, all these problems are changing my desire to come to the forum, since the change it is WAY TOO MUCH WORK to have some fun here.

And my regional forum has almost died for lack of activity because I suspect most of the people have yet to find the local regions or they are having problems also.

Ah cracked it!
Try to reply to a post;
It tells me I'm not logged on;
I thought I was;
Try to log on;
It tells me I can't;
BUT
I then go to 'MyS2000' - I'm in!!!
Then back to forum;

It will sort itself out in time!

Oh yes - and I (or rather Symantec) have cleared all my cookies - multiple times.

Had a similar problem, but all now sorted. Apparently due to teething problems with the new system. Glad you've cracked it.

I just had this problem for the first time today, having had no problems since Sunday - told me not logged in, wouldn't accept my password, and the support system e-mailed me a password which bore no relation whatsoever to my password - and it didn't accept if the first few times I tried!

Have finally managed to log in, and change my password back, will see how long that works.

I wonder how many people are just giving up on trying to access the site?
