Anyone used Honda in Ashford Kent?
Hi Guys,
Just had my notification for the spark plug recall and my local dealer is now Honda Ashford (Kent). Has anyone ever used them?

I've been down to Ashford before to have a look at their cars and get a price on some parts and they seemed ok. Big dealership - fairly new - but to be honest i have heard a few negative comments about them - possibly from bert smith when we met in maidstone???
You wanna go that extra mile (although, not too far now your down this way?) and go to Geo Collins - they are v professional and have done a load of s2000's including many from the board.
Do you know where they are yeah?

I had my service/recall stuff done there.
Very good service for me. work done correctly, cleaned car, work done on time, courtesy car no probs. When I picked it up, had a chat with the mechanic who was only too pleased to answer my questions etc.

James - I bought my car from there !
Seemed pretty good apart from a marginal cock up with the owners manual, predominantly professional and helpful.
I'd go there again if it was my local dealer.

James, i guess from the times of the posts that Dracoro and Rralston were talking about Ashford.
But if you wanna consider Geo Collins - they are based in Hermonstaux near Hailsham near Hastings...check the map for distance from you??

I had all my warranty and vehicle details registered with Honda UK through Honda Ashford. They were very helpful, got the job done - and even they moaned about the rubbish customer service from Honda UK (a sentiment echoed by many on this board). I did not have a problem with them, and they seemed fine to me, but I haven't used their servicing department, so I can't comment on that.
