This isn't helping.

Mods do a job, voluntarily (altho i have no idea why they'd want to bother).
I'd imagine they are instructed to follow the rules.
I'd imagine that if they receive a complaint about a thread, and after checking with every member so as not to upset anyone, then it has/hasn't/maybe/maybe not be removed.
I don't think its a personal choice.

Get used to it and live with it, yes its unfortunate that some get offended by threads but it happens.

Just my 2p...... now please play nice

My mob is hellish. I`m back on a PC now.

What intrigues me is not the mods actions; we *have* to respect those as we sign up to the board, mods are inplace to manage it. Anyone that visits a board with either no mods or lax mods will see the chaos that ensues.

A similar position is our respective companies - do we all agree with the management? Do we hell. But we follow regardless..

Anyway, what intrigues me, as I started before is the personal descision a mod makes, his drivers. Not the board policies but what makes a mod hit that delete key before the close key. What makes him enter a pointer before the thread is closed. Thats the bit of real interest.

...I think this Social discussion module on my degree is affecting me.....I`ll shut up!
