Been with Sky for 5 years, and as a broker they always get me a good deal. Will likely be moving my bike and 2nd car to them next month too.

Ouch!!!

Talking to a few of the folk on a meet today and Adrian Flux was mentioned. What is strange is that their website didn't provide anything inspiring although I was advised to give them a bell.

Some of the agents are having trouble insuring the younger generation at the moment as the underwriters have stepped up the age limit. I feel for you guys especially if you have X years no claims as you shouldn't be punished.

I won't enter the domain of fat cats and bonuses as it'll make my blood boil!!!

They basically refused to insure my wife on her S2000, eventually came back with a quote over £2k !

Went with Chris Knott again, was about £300.

Tried them with my M3 and again, refused to insure on my post code, swift cover, £700.

I think they have some incorrect details on my postcode as I have never had a quote over £800 for the S2000 until them!

Mine was roughly that also... if you make a fake name up and 1 door down from you and just change every variable that you can while still getting the cover you want and it should reduce... my first quote was 1200 from admiral but then added FEMALE mother secondary driver amongst other things and got to 880

still need to phone adrian, wish knot did younger drivers, but oh well.
