Why a BBK?
I can reliably lock the front wheels even on a grippy airfield.
And with good fluid and pads they don't fade either.
So it would seem the limiting factor is not the amount of power in the brakes, but the grip on road tyres.
Suspension mods / brake biasing controls would probably achieve better stopping distances.

For some people - like me - the BBK will always appeal.
I know OEM calipers with the right disc/pad/fluid/line combo will be superb, but i just can't escape the concept of huge stoppers - ap racing'll be my choice.
The stoptech solution is still a highly respectable choice.
