They probably slackened the throttle cable.

Have a look at the guide and see how to check it.

The FAQ is really good , they should be a certain amount of play in it iIRC 1/4"

I'll try to remember to bring some choke cleaner & some towel & we'll give it a purge!

The only thing round there that does require careful setting up (so it gives the correct voltage @ closed > wide open) is the TPS and that's why you never disturb it!

I have a suspicion you'll be speaking a LOT of anglo-saxon and middle dutch at your next visit to your fraudly local Honda dealer!
