Default Bloody hardtop.

Just fitted it. Advice to anyone who's going to add a hardtop. PAY SOMEONE TO FIT THE KIT

Drove me mad!

One thing left on mine is the defroster switch. I have a 00 JDM, and i cant find where i plug the connector for the swtich to. I originally though it was behind the left blanking plate by the steering wheel. Unfortunatly not. now ive butchered the blanking plate.
Does anyone know where i have to put it? i cant be in the coin/phone holder behind the ashtray as i wasnt supplied with a holder for the swtich if you follow what i mean.

Also im missing 3 poppers for the sill trim. Dont suppose anyone has any of these knocking about?

thanks

Luke

00-01 is behind the cup holder according to the s2000 w/shop manual.
02 onwards moved to the dash where you've been looking.

unfortunately, on my JDM, theres like a card, or phone holder behind the cup-holder so no-where for it to fit. gonna have to work out another way of wiring up my demister (i have glass rear screen that aint been wired up yet).
wiring is apprently there, i havent looked tbh

Morning,

I'm doing my hardtop fitting the other way round, I'm fitting the switch, wiring loom, and relay, then buying the hardtop.

So the switch you need a blanking plate, the switch, and the wiring loom and relay,

You need to remove the centre console, and remove the coin tray, very carefully, by using a drill, and then popping the coin tray out.

Here's a couple of pictures to give you an idea

Then you put the blanking plate in, a Honda dealer can get this, costs about
