Default Blown Speaker?

My passenger side speaker is rattling / distorting at only moderate volume levels. The car has an Alpine head unit fitted but no separate amp. The drivers side seems fine in comparison up to fairly loud levels. Looking through the door grills, the speakers look like original OEM fit (blue colour cone).
My question is if the rattle/distortion is more likely a symptom of a blown speaker needing replaced or something else like insecure fitting.

Having done a bit more on-line research this does have all the symptoms of a damaged speaker. If anyone has a spare available please contact me. Ideally, Milton Keynes area.

TBH, a blue cone is probably an upgrade (Kenwood KFC1666?) & you'll find OEM one very retrograde.

You might find a S/H one on the interweb.

It is a facelift 2005 car so pretty sure OEM speakers. Thanks for the responses. Will look into alternatives but I'm not wanting to spend much and am considering Alpine SXE-1750s. Any views on whether these would be noticeably better than just slotting in an OEM speaker?

Probably not a huge difference, but at <£40, you can't go wrong really.

Anything will sound better than a stock speaker but I have a decent std one in my garbage you can have for £15.
