Default Boot Release problem!

I'm having problems wit my boot release as the topic states. I have a clifford concept 650 alarm and since i've had the car both the remote release and the interior relase worked fine. Yesterday both have stopped working all together and the only way i can get into the boot is with the key!
I have searched the forum but cant find anything that helps. I have read on some previous threads that fuse no. 26 15A is for this, but when checking on the car i dont have a fuse in 26!! its not in use. It also states in the manual not in use??
Can anyone help?

I have checked the glove box switch and i have 12v supply to the white wire, the switch works fine, but at the back, with the boot solenoid disconnected, i dont have 12V on the black and yellow when the switch is pressed, hence i dont think it is the solenoid.
Somewhere between the switch and the solenoid i have no continuity. Can anyone help with this, or have any suggestions.
Thanks in advance,
Daz

When I press the clifford boot release I hear a click from the dash, but nothing when I press the glove box button. I suspect a fuse has gone but dont know which one or where it is.

Cheers

It might be a fuse, or the boot release solonoid

Which fuse is it anyone? and which solonoid?
Mine has never worked. I think it's time I got it sorted.

It could be the solenoid and I havent tried 12V feed directly onto it yet, but I am not getting a 12V supply on the black and yellow wire when the glove box switch is pressed. If the diagram above is similar to what I have got then I have a problem from the point after which the blue line joins the line from the switch, and the solenoid.

Where does the black and yellow wire from the glove box switch go? Does it go back to the dash? Which fuse is it?
Thanks

It doesn't work from the release in the glove box either, right? (both of you)

No just remote access for me.

Where is the solonoid located? Can't find it in the manual.
