Boot spring
Can anyone help?
I've just fitted a rear boot spoiler and of course its added to the weight, I plan on fitting some sound block to the inside later which will addd even more, can I adjust the springs to stop it dropping?
Thanks

You need the uprated ones. Your dealer, or a breaker may be able to help
Removing and fitting the springs is a PITA without the correct tool, but can be done with a long handled screwdriver.

It might be worth mentioning that the screwdriver has to be a certain way round, so that it is possible to apply enough twisting force to the springs.
I had to sit down and think about it for 5 minutes beforehand to suss it out
The longer the screwdriver, the better
