No worries dude, took me ages to find it!
ordered the two hoses from race.parts, should be ready soon to fit and cross fingers it's not the abs pump that's crapped itself!

So the brake lines are installed, all 4 corners bled and.... Fronts still locking on!
when I undo bleed nipple on fronts, fluid pushes out so there is pressure there which clearly isn't returning to the MC.

Only thing I can do now is send ABS unit back for refurb, anyone else have any suggestions?

I'm just wondering if there's a way of unioning the new M/C to the brake pipes, since those look like flexies?

Eliminating the ABS might not be legal, but it would confirm your problem if the brakes now work.

Temporally swap the from the master cylinder. If the problem moves to the rear then you know its the abs unit.

That won't work if the problem is within the front circuit of the ABS unit - it doesn't care in which order the brakes come on...

I was thinking lose the ABS and plumb direct into the outputs, if you could find a double-female union. Oo-er...

once the front brakes are jammed on work your way forward cracking off the pipe unions till the brake releases, the problem will be in the one before it released the brake,so if you undo the master cylinder union and the brake goes free then the problem is in the cylinder as you have replaced this then it would be pedal adjustment holding it on slightly, if it's still locked on move to the input on the ABS unit if this release's it then it's in the pipe, if it's still locked on the crack off the output from the abs if it release's then it's the unit if not then try the input to the flexi and so on till it does,
