Still sounds pricey to me though. Look at the stuff BM's car had on it

Would a dealer give you more for a mugenised S vs a stock one?

Scov might but I suspect most Honda stealers would give you nothing more.

I don't think it has got the Super leggies although I didn't look that closely but then again the new 04 alloys look pretty much the same so I couldn't tell from distance.

craig is right - jan 04. there are apparently 10 with dealers in the uk at present but all sold except one gt and i wanted a roadster. up to 10 coming in a january shipment so the dealer's computer said and that's why it's jan for me. i'm not too despondent about that given i need to gather a few shekels together, sell the kids etc.

does that mean mine will come with a 2.2 engine? another thread on this board suggested the u.s. engine would make its appearance here shortly.

and another thing - has anyone had their car superguarded? the dealer suggested this would protect the paintwork etc for the princely sum of

Nope it will not.

And you don't want that bloated hunk of junk anyway.

Keep it 2L, 9k, oldschool.

Warning: do not buy the S for looks alone.

supaguard, waste of money IMO - great product in a dealers Opinion!

Invest in some zaino and elbow grease

Pretty sure 2.2 is not coming here as many will tell you. Push your dealer as mine said Nov and I got it last week!!

Wouldn't bother with the superguarding myself, modern cars really shouldn't need it was my view, as long as you look after them reasonably well.

You weren't tempted by moonrock then?

Paul.

Nope.

The Japs don't even get the option it's for the US market only.

All the Yanks are interested in is torque even at the expense of an 8k rev limit.

and straight lines

Maybe they should offer a high ride height 4x4 option for the US to go with the 2.2, assisted steering and cruise control
