Hi chaps,

Returned home the other day to find that my pride and joy had been hit by another driver......no note left


Was thinking of getting Chipsaway or the like to have a look but wondering if anybody has had a particularly good experience with a technician in the south east and what the cost would be. Based in South London and North West London (folks place), but if it's a place I can take the car too I'd be willing to travel.

I used Chipsaway recently and the guy did a great job, perfect match ( he also touched in a couple of other bits gratis!)
For pictures I use photobucket and cut and paste the IMG link, easyer than faffing around with the S2Ki albums.

 

any competent smart repairer will sort it go off recommendations as with anything there are good and bad ones and the cheapest isn't usually the best make sure they use a 2k lacquer as 1k can be stripped off with mild solvents harsh cleaning chemicals etc chipsaway are fine but again a more experienced operator will do a good job and if there are any problems the head office will get it sorted if you speak to them if your not happy.

and offer cash as you can save some pennies

 

If you're happy to take the car to a body shop I would recommend Canada Coachworks in Byfleet - 07831 182971. They do all the body repairs for the Porsche dealership in Byfleet. They've done a couple of bits on my car, the quality of their work is superb.
