Default Bushes Ignorance

Forgive my ignorance does this advisory have anything to do with the costly geo bolts?

It's hard to be sure which bushing they are referring to. From memory there are 3 on the lower control arm and 2 of them are 'geo bolt' bushings. I believe most people experience the caster bushing going first so is likely related to the geo bolts however they are only costly if they are seized...
