Bushing the whole car

Honda don't do the bushes only the whole arms that's why you have to go Spoon, Mugen or polly, the spoon and Mugen are a harder compound by about 15%

As Ray states you can't buy them from HONDA, you would be heeding good advice if you went for the Mugen rubber bushes, they are fantastic, maintenance free and perhaps the most important thing ... made of rubber ...

What about the other bushes in the arms.. Is it ok to polybush them, what have other people done?

You don't need to change the other bushes unless they are trashed which is very rare, you are only changing the GEO one's because you damage them cutting the pins out and even then TGM and others have had some good results freeing up the odd bolt or two,,plus gas is your friend

it was more I'm taking the arms out so why not kind of mentality.. It's done 120,000 miles now 03 plate so would it not need them changing?

only problem is its my daily so will need to get all bits sourced and get it done in a weekend... as much as i would love to get the arms stripped back and powder coated
