Am looking to trade my pre facelift for a
Facelift Etc. Is there a guide on here? Cant seem to find it.after reading alot on here. mainly know that the 2004-2006 is best? and that there's an engine problem with the 2007 or 2008?

Early 2006 (pre March 23rd) will give you facelift without the horrendous tax hike.

 

Engine problems were on 2008-9 there's a big thread about it if you search.

"Best" is a matter of subjective opinion, most people will say what they have is best.

Why are you wanting to change?

 

just starting to prefer one with a hardtop. I prefer the bumpers and headlights. Perhaps a colour change too. I have a black and it gets dirty too quickly. I am lazy when it comes to cleaning.
I have the updated bumpers ready to go on and my04 wheels already. was going to get a respray but was thinking I'd just buy an updated one with hardtop as standard.
