You can sort out the calipers by painting them black (or bling, bling red if you so wish).

If you use a wire brush attachment on a drill/dremel you can easily clean them up ready to paint.

the rust will come off the discs as soon as you start to use the car again. its not something to worry about.

True, but there seems to be 2 permanent rings of rust with the middle fine....

is there anyway this will disappear?

Honda brakes do seem to suffer from this quite a bit.
The rings i take it are ,centre and outer of the disc,if so that's because the pads dont quite fit the hole of the disc.
What i did with my last discs was took them off and used asome wire wool ,wire brush, and stone grinder to take the rust off, then painted the centre of the disc and the outer edge,it seem to work ok,pait was high tempture so as not crake and flake.Hope this helps.

The best way is not look at them and take it out once a week!

Just bought a X reg Berlina Black S with black interior and think it would look good with "bling bling" red calipers, but not sure. What's the general opinion on this? What paint would I need and where would I get it?

The car is awesome.
