I had this problem when my tyres were worn. Swapped rears around and it pulled the other way. New tyres and the problem disappeared. So, tyres (pressures or wear), suspension geometry or brakes are the most likely culprits. Start with the cheapest and work upwards in price!

Sorry to hijack thread, but my S pulls to right on acceleration and to the left when I lift off, any ideas.

Apologies again for hijack.
Check your tyre pressures first.

This is a classic symptom of mismatch tyre pressures on the S.

If the the tyre pressure on one side is higher than the other it effectively changes the diameter of the wheel and causes the diff to do some funny things.

I have had this twice. Once when i had a puncture and the other when i had some new rear tyres and the tyre fitters had set one tyre to 32psi and the other to 38psi.

I understand that. Check the drivers side calipers too.

As i said before, if they are seized and don't apply any pressure to the disc, the car will always pull to the left under braking.
I'm with lower
Why would geo affect a car ONLY under braking

Be careful swapping tyres round.
Some tyres are directional. Could make for interesting driving in the wet.
