Default Be careful of sellers....

As you may of seen my previous post about buying a crown wheel and pinion, I was sent the wrong item. The seller has categorically refused to do anything about it, and states its impossible to be wrong as he sent me the right one. As he can't be wrong, he's ignored my emails and ignoring the problem. Here's a video of the CWP in the diff on the car for anyone interested (clearly not a 4.44, but in fact a 4.77);

K_iju - I would like for you to discuss this in the open forum, as I am less than impressed with your responses.

I PM'd Aquilla about it but not heard anything back. Assume Ian is busy at the moment. People have been banned before with trades I believe, maybe he can answer further.

That's my concern really, I've made a mistake by not checking the purchase more thoroughly. Its the responses and lack of any apology/help whilst flat out ignoring me is the problem. I wouldn't want someone to drop serious money on a bigger item, and be left up the swanny.

I'll remove his selling rights until resolved.

Im in touch with the duscussed member K_iju. Im talking about buying fd gears from him.

I would like to know how the above discussed case ended?

Can I buy with confidence from this member or not? This topic got me worried.

He is asking a 10% paypal fee or free banktransfer which looks a bit suspicious to me. Paypal never charges anybody 10% and a bankttransfer once paid is gone. Should I be worried?

Currently, he is not a paid up member of the site and so shouldn't be selling anything on the UK section. Where did you see the FD advertised?

I see he is back with a new username Kiju - I'll have a word with Ian. He probably should not be trading here, and based on Mike's experience, I'd avoid.
