Default CD Changer and Dash Controls

My ears are currently suffering from too much commercial radio. Does anyone have any suggestions for what cd changer to buy? Also any tips on installing it and how to get it to work with them handy dash controls.

Cheers Sye.

If you want to stay with the stock headunit then just get the Honda CD changer which is basically an Alpine unit. Otherwise look at getting an Alpine headunit and change as Alpine also sell a dash control loom (KCE-865B) which allows the dash controls to work.

try a seach for Alpine

If you're fairly PC savvy, then I'd get an MP3 CD head unit rather than an autochanger. Convert your music to MP3 format, write it to CD (you can put upto 10 ordinary albums worth of music on one MP3 CD). You then have no hassle installing the autochanger, and you can probably fit your entire music collection in the centre console compartment.

I've got an Alpine 7878R (discontinued I believe), with the KCE865 adapter, works like a charm.

The MY02 speakers that are on the doors (the top round ones). How much are these? can they be added easily & do they improve the sound? Rear speakers - worth it for the money? how much are they?
How much are the Alpine head units & adapters?

thanks in advance.
