I guys,
My CEL light has come on and I had someone look at it recently who reset it and said it was something to do with the air intake sensor.
I had a K&N air filter on it (waay too noisy) and had it taken off as I was getting strange looks whenever I accelerated. It was suggested that the light was on because the person who installed the K&N did something funny to the sensor.

Any Suggestions how I can get rid of the light?

 

You need to find out waht the light is first, ideally.

It can be reset using the guide in my signature link.

But it's best to find the code, as it will tell you what the fault is. It could be that someone hasn't connected the vac soneloid back up or something.

The air sensor isn't touched when installing a K&N filter.
