I got an 07 Honda s2000 and just changed the air filter and the CEL Just light up. I opened the hood and check all of the component and plugs and it looked like they're all plugged in and secure. Any reason why it could be one?

 

Use a OBD-II code reader to check the error code.

Probably unrelated. Either buy a ODB2 sensor or go to pep boys and get it read for free.

 

P0130

I said something about sensor 1 (which I assume is the one closest to the air filter)

 

P0130 is an O2 sensor code. Unless you unplugged something or dropped a wrench on the O2 sensor, I'm not sure how changing an air filter would cause this.

 

Actually... On 2nd thought, it could be a vacuum leak. Make sure all your vacuum lines are hooked up.
