Powerflex only show a 28mm bush available for the front bar when I looked.
This would only fit early cars.
Anyone else make them?
Whiteline

Powerflex were going to make stiff bushes for PJL and me - our Tanabe bushes are knackered. However, Powerflex are concerned that the bush saddles are too narrow, cutting into the rubber bush. Therefore I am going to look into a wider, generic fit, saddle.

These guys sell anything from the Cusco catalogue (even if it's not on their website) and their prices are really good. However, if they don't have the part in stock the shipping time is 6-8 weeks.

Whiteline ARBs come with the poly bush and saddle BTW. I was quite suprised by Craig saying his only had rubber bushes.

You should also consider the adjustable rear droplinks. Mine was a bit too oversteery with both ARBs, so I have the rear droplinks set at 100mm instead of the standard 90mm which slightly reduces the effect.

I've got the fronts too, but that would generally make things worse in my case, so may not be worth it.

The Whiteline are 30mm front and rear, Cusco are 32mm front and 30mm rear so maybe the Cusco bars might offer a better balance out of the box?

Does an 07 car need doing??? Mine is an 07 but i didnt think it would need doing so soon. Has the change been worth it???? Were your bolts seezed?

How can you describe what sort of driving style you have.?? i wouldnt have a clue!! Any examples would be nice.
There are some nice mixtures of roads near the workshop, take him for a quick drive, he'll talk you through it all.
As mentioned, almost everything can be seen in the tyre wear.
It's almost a lesson in forensics, if your interested he'll show you what it all means, no charge
The two very different driving styles of me and the better half were very evident in the sidewall edges

You dont need to be an expert, you'll come away with something that suits so don't worry.
Others have posted results of aligning similar new cars with similar results.

Bear in mind that Honda outsource the assembly of the suspension subframes and then just bolt them to the car (as do most manufacturers).
So you see why they may not be set up their optimum, even off the production line.
