Default Certificate of Conformity

Im in the process of importing an S from Jersey to the UK and the V55/5 form Ive gotta complete is asking for various technical information about the car - Max Net Power, Revenue Weight, Drive-by- sound Level etc. It refers to a Certificate of Conformity for the answers, but I do not have one and neither does the previous owner.

Does anyone either have a CoC or the information I need? Alternatively do I actually *need* to fill these bits in? As the S has a Type Approval Number, they surely know all this stuff is within regulation anyway?

I have a Declaration of Conformity and none of the information you list above is mentioned on it.

Can't you just write "Its an S2000 FFS"

I have a C of C

1. 177kw @ 8300 min - 1

2. can't see this

3. 72,6 dB (A)

There's 50 points on the C of C, with maybe 80% answered. I guess somewhere on this site will be all the answers you need.
