Default Change from mph kph

how do I do this for longer period?

I know to hold down the button and it goes to KMH.

Thing is, will be on holiday in france and ideally don't want to change it everytime I turn on the engine as bound to forget from time to time. Like to just change it then leave it and change it again on return to UK.

Is this possible?

Yep, ignition shouldn't change it back only the button. When I go to Europe its just one press on the way out and one back.

It's just a mph/kmph toggle.

Restarting the car shouldn't have an effect.

Did you try it first before asking or did you just assume it doesn't.

Go on admit it you've not even checked have you....

OK cool.

Thanks...

Careful not to do it before you get over there - kmh is pretty useless when you're hooning past a speed camera
