My S has done 35k so I decided to change the gearbox and diff oil, living close(ish) to Opie oils I paid them a visit and came away with 2L of Amsol MTF and 1L of Fuchs. I had noticed the gear change being a bit notchie sort of grabby but now it feels positive and precise up and down the gears. Must say I'm mighty impressed that a small change like this can make so much difference, coming down from fifth to forth would sometimes not quite go in, leaving the car revving and me feeling daft. What was more impressive was the price £32 all in with club discount, that’s loads less than their web price. Big up to Opie!

 

I also recently had a oil change with gear box and diff, the difference is night and day once the oil is in, now when i change gears is all so smooth and slick!!!
