Jon - you could try Cannock Honda. I didn't end up getting a car off them but I was impressed with the dealings I had. Just a short trip up the A5 - nearer than Nottingham.

Carrying on the theme, my dealer Henlys Honda in N Londonhas also gone out of business (they owned multiple franchises around the country so it can't be a Honda thing) and their main Branch in Colindale has reopened as Alan Day Honda.

Alan Day are/were massive Merc dealers, anyone got any experience of them and their servicing?

Nothing major needed for my S2k, just a couple of small niggles - loose carpets, yet again, occasional kangaroo hops in 2nd.

Brindley Honda Have dealerships at Cannock, Wolverhampton and West Bromwich. The West Bromwich one is the newer one. Cannock is the larger and busier of the three.

I have since been in touch with Cannock.
I will definately take my s2k there for its services.

They even checked whether my car was due for any re-call work, luckily it isn't so I don't have to worry about the seat belt one anymore.
