A nice upgrade to the gearing is the 4.44 from Mazda, it is not to much like a 4.77 can be and there is little to no whine with this gear.
Since I cannot get a 4.625, and I don't want whine, I will probably go for a 4.44 rather than a 4.77.

Chris.

I like the 4.44 it is a good gear and close in performance to the 4.56

If you guys have issue with getting the gears I can ship them to you from over here

Could you ship a complete diff with the gears installed? PM me if you would like to discuss.

Chris.

Hmmm, I may be offering my 4.625 diff for sale soon. I am seriously contemplating returning the car to stock.

Interest noted, Chris. I'm off to the Peak District this week in the car. It will give me a good opportunity to consider my options. I may well sell off the diff, Nitrons and ICE shortly.

What's up with low ratio diffs all of a sudden, is there a reason you two (PL & eSeM) want rid?

Chris.

Yes! All will become a bit clearer in the next few weeks.

I may still hold onto mine.

Chris, I'm considering returning my car to stock in readiness for a quick resale. Nothing untoward
