Cheetah radar detector
Ok, so this sounds good:
http://www.speedcheetah.co.uk/index2.htm
...and if you look here :
http://www.ukspeedtraps.co.uk/cheetah.htm
...you'll see that they seem to like it too.
So the questions are twofold:
1) Is it as good as they say?
and
2) Has anyone plumbed one into an S2000?
I like the sound of it as it's neat, unobtrusive and functional, but is it necessarily better than anything else at this price range...?

What would you recommend to do the lot?

I was rather hoping that someone would say, "yes, I've wired it into the interior light and it was easy peasy and didn't need any nasty long wires" which is the way I would do it. I think that there will probably be an ignition feed in there somewhere...

Just think, with the interior light option, one could merely open ones door when travelling under the speed limit to deactivate the device. Or open it to switch it on, when exceeding.
70 in a 60, open door, SAVED!
30 in a 40, open door, safe again.

DAERN - check out the thread on 5th gear they reviewed the CHEETAH on there. Apparently really good on the GATSO but the LASER was really bad didn't pick it up at all. Tiff said the manufacture was looking into it. They thought the interior mirror idea was great and was good value for money.
