Default Chiswick Honda- really that bad?

Just about to book up for my second service. The first one was done by Guildford Honda and they did a good job, while I waited.

I could go back there, but would like to take my car to a dealer near work.
Chiswick honda is just down the road but I've read the dealer satisfaction survey and they got caned

Has anyone had any recent experiences of thier service department. I was just wondering if they had 'bucked' thier ideas up lately.

Thanks.
Mike.

I used them for all my services and they were a fantastic bunch. Paul is a great chap and if you see him ask him how his foot is. The head techinician is very helpful and always has time for you. If you ask nicely they will even let you watch the servicing in the workshop.

Bear in mind there are only 2 inputs for Chiswick Honda - and everyone has an off day from time to time

Maybe if Rahula put in his 10p's worth the picture wd change?

Hi mate

Ive been using Chiswick for over a year now, they have even rebuilt my car after an engine failure, they arent brilliant sometime but they are very good all of the time. Paul and the guys in service are very good, main problems I have is they always move my chair!!! hey it annoys me and they forget things such as my drivers airbag is not working since they adjusted the steering wheel????
