Thumbs up Clutch componets?

My car is making the clutch vibrating noise and hoped someone could suggest a place to get the parts at a good price? I'm near Newbury, west berks.
cheers

I've just swapped my clutch disk .. either get the plate from Honda, or have a look at a Spoon one. www.spoonsportseurope.net .. give Ant a call,he'll be able to sort you out.

I've also got the release bearing, pressure plate and flywheel.

Took me a day to take the thing apart (didn't know what I was *really* doing) and about 4 hours to put back together. Just using wheels ramps and axle stands.

I have a new Spoon 3 puck clutch sitting in my tool box, however it is not recomended if you are using the car as a daily driver.

About 6,000 town commuting miles
Takes me about 30mins to drive 5 miles, all stop start.
The slipping the clutch to just crawl along ate it up VERY quick.

Thread for a pic of the three clutch plates I have.
