Corner weighting is useful, but things will shift a lot almost after the first drive anyhow.
But if its post installation then its worth doing once to rough it out.
So long as the srings and bushes are all settled down.

What I noticed the most was how it evened up the tun in.
Makes trail braking more predicatable too.

Flipping long job though, and not one I would want to do.
Must be very frustrating for the operator!

Really it should be called 'cross weighting' I think

Did you have the corner weighting done without changing the geo? Or was the geo changed at the same time? If the latter, you don't know what difference it made.

And is improved confidence on the mostly straight A5 that important?

Yeah...Chris didn't have enough weights for your fat arse though

I had the Geo done at the same time. I firmly believe that the stability that the car now has, is more down to the corner weighting than the geo, as I have had the geo done in the past with a much smaller effect

The balance of the car over bumps is significantly improved...which is exactly what I wanted Chris to achieve.

I have done ~ 10k since the bushes were done, and a couple of thousand since the coilovers went on

It's a long process...not one I would like to do myself.

How much is a geo/corner weighting session Dixon?
You will be looking at £350 plus vat if your coilover or drop link have no seized, we have to undo everything that link to the suspension to get this done. Won't be a quick turn around tho, it will take full day Inc geo setup.

We also have 20 x 15kg weight drum here to put your weight on the driver seat to get a perfect balance!

Jayne has only just got back from 3 weeks off. I'm sure you'll get a response once some of the backlog has cleared

I'm going to disagree a bit, I'm afraid.

Having had geo done on its own, and more recently geo + corner weighting, I'd say geo has a much bigger effect on things.

Corner weighting is one of those things that's "nice to have" but I'm not sure it's worth the extra money, it's certainly not "A MUST".

I've had similar Geos to what Chris provided me with, along with the all the gear that is currently on the car.

That leads me to believe the corner weighting is the bigger player in this

TGM can certainly do corner weigts, geo is far more important though, most people wont even notice the difference .

Does the corner weighting get 'out of line'/'uneven' when bubba is in the passenger seat?
