Does the corner weighting get 'out of line'/'uneven' when bubba is passenger seat?
Yes and when it has more or less petrol in it than it did when it was corner weighted.

But so does the geo....

Normally when we do corner weight we do it with half tank of petrol and put 75kg on the driver seat, so you get the most balance when you are on your own. You will probably have 2% more weight at the rear when it's at full tank and same to the front when it's empty but this is the most balance we could get from a car.

I've had similar Geos to what Chris provided me with, along with the all the gear that is currently on the car.

That leads me to believe the corner weighting is the bigger player in this
I am curious which cost more, the second hand mugen shocks or the corner weighting by CG?

The geo makes far more difference to the set up by the way and as long as that is sorted properly most drivers would not benefit from corner weighting for street driving.

You won't really feel the different from corner weight on the road, its only under heavy braking or heavy weight transfer on the track then you will feel the car is alot more stable.

Also you should setup corner weight and geo at the same time as all the setting will be out after corner weight anyway so it will have to set it up at the same time.

But the OP opinion seems to be different from everyone else's who have had one or both done before. I would expect a huge difference in CG doing the setup for Geo over nearly every other outfit due to the amount of time he spends and the amount or tweaking that goes on. Unless you are on really pressing on track days corner weighting is not a must

Having spent a decade setting up race cars of different types, I'd agree with the majority here, a good geometry setup will make far more of a difference to how the car feels and handles than corner weighting.

However if you can get both done, there is benefit. Whether you'd notice the difference day-to-day is debatable.

And I'd always corner weight a race car.
