It's not clear from your post. Did you buy the interface from Countdown or DVB Audio as (I think) you mentioned in an earlier thread?

If you did get it from Countdown, then just email Stuart. I'm sure he'll be able to sort you out ...

I have a JVC control unit from Countdown for my KD-AVX1 with the same 3.5mm plug, it works absolutely flawlessly.

The thing is, thats not all you need to plug in, theres some shinanigans with the ISO connectors involved aswell, Im not sure entirely what as I got Stuart himself to install mine as I had a bad experience with Modifry and wanted my unit supplied and installed without me having to chase anything up or send anything back...
