Agree with tnt, its a creak from the rear going at low speed over speed bumps.

Oh, nope not got that, mine is definately micelike so it must be something else

So.....does anyone have what seems like mice-like squeaky front suspension? and what can I do about it?

Have had this for a while - but mines 3 and half years old so kinda having to live with these things now. I have no spare either - definitely a rear suspension and/or roof creak.

Like Steven mine is 3.5 years old and I get a creaking from the back over some speed humps occasionally - haven't checked my spare is tight so might take a look at that!
