CTR has been delivered!!!
Rang Priory this morning to tie up a few loose ends on the new car and got told that it is in. It has also had the PDI done already and got my new private plate on too. The garage originally gave me a delivery date of 16 Oct so it's well early (That's not like Sheartrucks to be that good!!!)
Well, i've arranged the handover to be next weds, so this will be my last w/e with my Pride and Joy. I can't wait to get the CTR but what I keep forgetting is that it is a downgrade. Maybe it's "New Car Syndrome" that I have at the mo!!!!
I'll post some pics when I have it!!!

CTR is a lot of fun and would have to be my choice of car if I had to have something more practical than the S.
Very firm ride!!!! It feels very well 'placed' on the road at speed. I won't type what speed I was doing in the CTR on Monday lunchtime on the A41, but suffice to say it was the fastest I have ever driven and it felt so in control. I know the S has felt rather light on me at times when I've been 'making progress' (especially when I'm alone in the car), but you don't get any of that in the CTR. Even though it is front wheel drive and has most of the 'get you out of trouble' gizmo's you would expect, I would have to say it is a beast to handle when pushed. I think people expect it to be an easy drive, and it's far from it. Steering is incredibly light (too light at times), and car suffered from oversteer a number of times. That said, a huge amount of
factor came with the car. Only had it 24 hours but nicknamed it my 'Rude Boy' car. Gave the local boy-racers something to think about!
Can't wait to see yours Matt!

Mad as a fish, you are.
I *want* the CTR, its the missus that worries me. You`ve obv never been a passenger with her; just on sheer stats, she MUST be able to do less damage in a Jazz.
The CTR rocks my world, I just wanna make sure the other half doesn`t rock anyone else`s in a CTR.
