Default Dash misting up.

Went for a wee blast on Sunday since it was sunny(and fresh) and after a few minutes noticed that the dash was misting up-quite heavily- on both sides of the odometer display up an inch or so, it did eventually clear. Was this because the heater was on recycle(to help with cold-top down) or because the car had been in the garage for a couple of weeks previous and the heat just brought it to dash where it may have had a cold surface to settle on. Was a good run out though apart from the wind storm debris still at the sides(and middle)of the road in places, covered a lot of roads we hadn't been on a good while and most other folk were hiding indoors.

Hi Martin! - I used to get that on mine, but it would be after a few weeks of being laid up outside.
Eventually it would clear itself, and seemed okay.

Could be you're not driving it fast enough?

Cheers,

Brian

You never know, the older I get, the faster I was. An' the speed limiter in the passenger seat seem to be cutting in early too.

Thats a very cold display with the warmer air condensing on the surface. Nothing more than that

That's good to know.

Mine has does it twice in the last few months, and I put it down to the weather condition and nothing else.
