Yes, Pete, my search threw this up as one of the 16 posts, but as astage says, the URL given does not work (blackballed as he is not a Forum sponsor?). I shall try his e-mail address.

Do I take it that Davies is the only supplier of perforated leather headrests? or are there others?

We can do perforated head rests. It's not an option on the web site but if you want perforated just mention it in the comments field. They are all made to order so any combination is possible.

I would recommend only doing the face of them perforated. Perforated sides could easily distort during manufacturing.

Also, it is not advisable to do embroidery on perforated leather as the needle holse frequently line up with the perforations and result in bad embroidery.

You can purchase Aus Head Rest in black or red at the link below.

Davies do both plain and perforated, and you are right Muz, only the front is perforaated.

I drove to Wawrickshire and back yesterday, roof down, normal cruising altitude and they were and are rock solid.

Truly delighted !

Shipley, I've just fitted the AusS2000 ones and today was the first time that I've had the roof down. Did you also notice that there was less 'turbulance' in the car, than without the headrests?

Sorry mate..had'nt cleaned my glasses !

JamesM...to be honest I didn't notice any difference but then again I wasn't looking for it. An all day work session beckoned so at 5.30am down went the roof and off I blasted to Wawrickshire.
8.15 arrival and many people still in bed.

Brilliant !

I have recently contacted Davies (David N) and got a reply stating his headrests are $180 plus $35 shipping.

He also states that perforation will be an extra $15.

My question is where is the perforation and what benefit, if any, is there in having perforations.
