Default Dc2 Seats Fitted

decided to get the seats fitted just done the drivers side just now. passengers side this weekend hopefully.

There was some folks that thought they'd never fit etc they are snug but can still move seat back and forward and open the centre storage no problems at all.
Not to everyone's taste but there my all time favourite seat so had to get them in

I think I like them, were the rails easy to modify? Bet there's a thread or two relating this but would like to know how you did it.

tbh iv only ever seen a couple people doing this and its on the us forum. I modded a bride rail as i had one laying about. and going to mod the s2000 rail for passenger side
basically iv just cut the side mounts off the rail and weld a 4" plate on the top with 3 holes to fix onto the seat. The hassle comes from the seats base is narrower for fixing onto the floor because there not side mounted but i welded a plate on the bottom to compensate that which works out great and solid. over all few hours work and iv got my seat in and they are amazing comfortable night and day from stock bolsters are brand new so hug you tight. Thinking about getting harness but just a hassle putting on all the time ect but see

Looks like a great mod to your car, the bolsters look like they will do the job, seats that hold you in place are so important and imo a fantastic upgrade to the car.

I've seen DC5 seats in an S at the Mimms meet earlier this year. I sat in the car and I have to say I was impressed

Good work

Do they sit any lower than the standard seats?

Loved my integra type r seats! Brought a Red Recaro Pole Position for the S2000 that will go in at some point when im willing to spend an afternoon out there getting the things lined up. It looks very similar to the DC2 seats hence why i chose them
