Hi I have just fitted a de cat to my car with the lambda sensor bung thing but my engine warning light has still come on I have decided to fit the cat back my question is this how long do I have to keep the battery unconnected before it resets the warning light?

 

I disconnected mine for about 5mins and it shut it off !

 

20-30 seconds usually.
